30-day hassle-free returns on all orders
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to Return
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the item you wish to return and click "Return Item".
Pack Your Items
Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags and accessories.
Schedule Pickup
Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your address within 2-3 business days.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Simply initiate a return and select "Exchange" as your preference. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.
Refund Timeline
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
